Junk in your trunk?

For all you Northern Nevadans... A few of Brock's siblings are having a garage sale this Saturday (July 14th) starting bright and early at 8 o'clock. Come take a peek and perhaps you'll find a treasure or two!

If you've got some extra junk in your trunk (or your house) and would like to donate your unwanted items to the garage sale, leave us a comment and we'll get back to you and arrange a time when you can drop it off.

There's nothing better than spring summer cleaning, well except donating it all to a great cause! All proceeds go to Brock Bingham's family to cover medical expenses.

And if garage sales just aren't your thing then pehaps sweets and treats are! Brock's nieces/nephews will be selling lemonade and baked goods as well to help contribute to the fundraising. Isn't that cute?

Come visit our family this Saturday at 14035 Tagor Road, Reno, Nevada.

Drumroll please...

Before we announce the winner we wanted to be sure to say "Thank You" to everyone who purchased raffle tickets and supported our first fundraiser on behalf of Brock Bingham. We are extremely grateful and humbled with the amount of love, compassion and support that was demonstrated during this event.  No words can express our appreciation, thank you...thank you!

Within a few short weeks we were able to raise approximately $6,000 all of which will be used to purchase Brock's medication. What a huge success and this is only the beginning! There will be many more events/fundraisers/opportunities in the future to show Brock and his family your support!

Drumroll please...the winner of the rifle is....Bob from Henderson! Congratulations!

(I've included a short video clip of the winning ticket being drawn just in case any of you were wondering if we rigged it. =)

Rifle Raffle

Cousins Skyler and Brittany bought a gun to raffle off during Alamo's 4th of July celebrations!

For those that would like to buy raffle tickets but won't be in Alamo for all the hoopla, you can purchase 5 tickets ($20) through the donate button. Leave a comment it is for the rifle raffle and we will be sure to set your tickets aside with your name on them (we'll email you your ticket numbers as well) and we'll post the winner as soon as it is announced.

Good luck!

Virtual Hugs

I'm sure everyone who knows Brock and Sara are racking their brains trying to find a way to help them out. Rack no more, we've got an answer for you!

We've added the option of giving "Virtual Hugs" on the right sidebar for those that would like to make small donations to help cover Brock's crazy expensive medications. No matter where you live you can show them some love by clicking this little yellow button.

Times are tough but donating 20 bucks to help a friend out is definitely a rewarding sacrifice!  Maybe you give up an In and Out burger, fries and shake once or twice, rent a Redbox instead of heading out to the theatre or forgo the latest iPhone apps to save some cash for this great cause. The sacrifices might seem small on your end but I guarantee they mean the world to Brock and his family. Heck, maybe you'll like the warm and fuzzies you get from your good deed so much you'll want to come back and donate on a monthly basis! Think about it...Brock's medication costs $2,000 a month. If 100 people commit to donating ONLY $20 a month, it's covered. A little sure does go a long way!

Think about it. Go give Brock a hug.

Let's Get It Started...

Hi, welcome. So glad you've stopped by.

Our family is close, really close and when someone in our family is struggling we come together like nobody's business. Brock is one of ours and he and his cute family need our help.

We have lots of fun ideas in the works and we hope you're able to join us in helping to raise funds to lessen the financial burden cancer has put on Brock and Sara. We know we won't be able to raise millions, but every little bit really does help.

Feel free to leave a message for Brock and Sara here, get information about upcoming fundraisers or if you're feeling extra "lovey" give Brock a "virtual hug" by making a monetary contribution to his family.

We, our entire family, are extremely grateful for any support you are able to offer.

Many thanks and hugs.
